The finishing workflow operates in three meticulous stages. First, our skilled technicians perform manual and semi-automated fettling to remove excess material and smooth out casting imperfections. Next, components are processed through our automated Shot Blasting facility to ensure optimal surface cleanliness and preparation. Finally, parts are transferred to our specialized Paint Booth for high-grade industrial coating, ensuring long-lasting corrosion resistance and a pristine aesthetic finish.
